Customer Service unrealistic
everything was going great 'til i realised i poured coffee allover the bloody thing. anyone stupid enough to do that, and then iron with it... actually...anyone who cant iron!!! shouldn't be able to reason with customer service. to me, it makes the whole game nothing like the real world. i havnt checked out the other episodes yet but hopefully they get a bit more life-like
